Maryhill Queenstown is a subdivision on the cusp of being developed on Ladies Mile Highway, near Lake Hayes in Queenstown NZ. The proposal is for 315 residential units and a primary school. It is a large a development in one of the most beautiful landscapes in New Zealand.
I was tasked with creating their overall identity - giving them a solid guide and direction to follow for the future development.
